CUSTOMER CARE

We put the same love into our packaging that we do into our craft. We strive to use only eco-friendly packaging. All jewelry will be shipped in a recycled or upcycled box. All art will be wrapped in recycled paper and eco-friendly bubble wrap or dissolvable peanuts. Please hold on to packaging in case of a return. All returns must be returned in original packaging.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to jsojastudio@gmail.com. Please in detail describe the problem so we can address it correctly. 

 

Returns Policy

Our return period for standard online orders is 15 days from the delivery date of the package to receive a full refund. Late returns are subject to a restocking fee.  To request a return please email us at customercare@sojastudio.com or respond to your confirmation email, including items you would like to return/exchange, the order number, and your contact information.  Items and packaging must be returned in new, unused condition to ensure a refund. Refunds do not include shipping costs.
 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and let you know if it is approved.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within five business days.

 

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 days, first check with your bank and PayPal for their policy and processing time. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
