SHIPPING POLICY
Each domestic package is shipped with UPS, therefore we are unable to ship directly to a PO box. International shipments are eligible for DHL Worldwide service.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return period for standard online orders is 15 days from the delivery date of the package to receive a full refund. Late returns are subject to a restocking fee. To request a return please email us at jsojastudio@gmail.com or respond to your confirmation email, including items you would like to return/exchange, the order number, and your contact information. Items and packaging must be returned in new, unused condition to ensure a refund. Refunds do not include shipping costs. If you would like to exchange you must go through the return process first and then reorder.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and let you know if it is approved.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within five business days.
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 days, first check with your bank and PayPal for their policy and processing time. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
